My heart is a bit heavy today. Watching the coverage of the devastation in Oklahoma is enough to make me wonder what now? What can I do to help? What can I give? Not just to OK but in my own community. Am I doing enough in my everyday life to show love, encouragement, and support or am I taking the easy way out by claiming I don’t have the time? Right now I have a ton of time at my disposal and I know I am not doing enough. Yes, I am able to fill most days up working on projects, running errands, and meeting friends for lunch, but what am I doing to help others and give of myself? It’s a tough question to ask yourself, it’s one I have been struggling with for a while and really need to take steps to make something happen.
