I feel like I have so much to share today so bear with me for a bit as I get through it all. First of all, outfit photos on the blog! Eeeee! Can you tell I’m excited?! For quite some time I wanted to start sharing outfit photos, but couldn’t quite make it happen. I am pretty picky about the content I put on my blog and I wanted my outfit photos to reflect my personal style and taste which is easier said than done. To spare you the lengthy details, a friend introduced me to Litasha Davis, a local photographer and owner of Behind the Face Photography, who has a passion for fashion and is amazingly talented. We met last Friday and immediately hit it off – by the end we were hugging and laughing which pretty much means we’re besties now. Seriously, go check out her site and follow her herehere, and here.

After our meeting I hopped on over to the new Style Encore Stuart – opening Thursday! – to take a peek at their offerings. Style Encore is Plato Closet’s super chic older sister (kind of like the d’orsay is to the flat, only better). They buy gently used name brand clothing for women which include brands like Loft, Tory Burch, Lilly Pulitzer, and Coach. Browsing the store you can tell the buyers have a well-trained eye and only choose the best items for resale. They were gracious enough to let me style a few pieces so I set off to search for the perfect items to pair with things I already own. They have such a large selection it was difficult to decide, but their adorable staff helped me pick just the right things. They know where everything is which is kind of amazing. I finally settled on this printed shirtdress from Gap and added the yellow belt to complement it. These are just a few of the pieces I styled, I’ll be sharing more next week!

Interested in scooping up these items? Make sure you mark your calendar for Style Encore’s Grand Opening Thursday March 20th! For store updates like them on facebook or follow them on instagram. They’re constantly getting in new product.

Special thanks to Blue Door for allowing us to photograph on their grounds. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you should. It’s one of the best little spots in Stuart and maybe the entire Treasure Coast.

One more thank you to Marley at Ulta in Stuart who gave me a few tips on doing my makeup. I needed a little makeup refresh and she was so helpful!
