Behind the Face Photography

Stripes and pony tails and lipstick is what’s going on here. I’m not sure how I feel about debuting the high pony on the blog. Wearing one takes me back to soccer and basketball practice as a kid and well, they remind me of sweat and awkward middle school years. Anyone agree? I picked up this stripy number while I was in Connecticut at the Loft Outlet for about $10. I’m into shopping sales. I’ve already worn it a bunch and have ideas of how to transition it into more of a fall look if necessary – cardigan, blazer, chambray shirt, maybe some boots or booties. I’m sure I can come up with something and you’ll see it here again in a few short months. The look is a bit dressy for the every day, but I would wear it to meet a client, for a date, or to church. If I wanted to wear the dress on any regular old day I would dress it down with a pair of flats or sandals and maybe lose the high pony in lieu of a braid.
