Who else is excited to bring their spring and summer wardrobe out of hibernation? I must say, living in South Florida, I rarely put away my summer clothes. It’s an endless summer here. I do try to wear more winter appropriate items from October-February. Less color, prints, and summer textiles. More cozy knits, denim, and neutrals. One print that is perfect for summer is gingham! Gingham is been around for-e-ver, making it a classic. See that shirt I’m wearing? It’s at least 2 seasons old, but you wouldn’t know because gingham is something that has staying power.
I paired my old gingham top with my new Sloane Ranger Gingham Mini Satchel – isn’t it the cutest? On top of the gingham on gingham I was rocking I added another spring favorite of mine with my eyelet skirt. I rounded out the look with some blocked heeled sandals, and a blogger’s best friend – my sunnies. None of the stuff I’m wearing is new except for the bag, but I’ve linked similar items for you to get the look!
In other amazing news, I happened upon three Treasure Coast fashion bloggers this week. How I never knew about them, I can’t quite figure out. I’ve met them all virtually, no in-person meets yet. We’re trying to plan a little brunch so we can talk about the State of Treasure Coast Fashion. I’m sure we’ll have loads to say about it. I’ll take notes to share with you all. Are you as excited about new bloggers to follow as I am? Here’s there blogs. Take a look and leave them a note telling them I sent you along!
