One more day of work until July 4th! These photos bring back scenes of summer cottages and make me miss my childhood summers spent in Connecticut. I usually spend my 4th of July up in the northeast, but for the past 2 years that hasn’t been the case. In 2012 I celebrated in Germany with my cousin and her family. In 2013 I was returning from my trip to Honduras. This year I’ll be celebrating at home by taking the day off and watching the fireworks by boat with my boyfriend and his family. Saturday I’ll be continuing the celebration by heading up to Orlando to see my brother and sister-in-law. No idea what Sunday plans are, but I’m hopeful it’s a relaxing day to get me set for Monday.
