I’m not usually one to pair florals with florals, but this subtle combo is one I’ll wear over and over this summer. I picked up this top a few weeks back and it’s been in heavy rotation ever since. It kind of goes with everything, or I think it does. It’s light and is perfect for these summer months. The Forever 21 floral shorts you’ve seen before and you’ll most likely see again.

I’ve been thinking about my wardrobe lately. I’ve stopped shopping just to shop and have really tried to be intentional about any and everything I add to my wardrobe. I want longevity out of my clothes (you’re probably wondering how I shop at Forever 21 – gentle cycles, handwashing, line drying) and don’t want to have an excessive amount of stuff. I feel like some bloggers never ever wear the same thing more than once and for me, that’s not real life. Where in the world do they store all those clothes? I digress, I think the beauty about personal style is the ability to remix pieces you’ve worn before, reinventing them in new ways, and finding that balance of things that makes you not only look good but feel good as well.
