On Friday I’m off to Kansas for an extended weekend to visit my favorite college town, take in a basketball game in my beloved Allen Fieldhouse, and get a taste of some winter weather. I wish I had a need for these winter items, but being that I live in FL I don’t get much use out of them other than on weekend trips and short getaways. The weather here is going to be in the 50’s tomorrow, but I don’t think for one day of brisk weather I could justify buying all new gear. I’m curious, for those of you that do live in colder climates, how do you choose what to invest in year to year for winter weather wear? It’s a complete mystery to me!
